Was working ok up till now i have cleaned filter out i even put on a new door lock thinking that was problem it just stopped after a wash was put on it filled up a small bit then stopped and start button started flashing

Check the belt that spins the drum for proper tension. If it has stretched you will have a hassle. Often you can loosen a belt pulley and put some extra tension on belt, restore friction and operation till belt is replaced with a nice, new tight one.

Are you getting an error code E20.because this would suggest a blockage in the pump/filter or drain.To get the water out there is a little hose down by the filter which pulls out a few inches and can be drained into a shallow dish,otherwise if you can get machine near the back door step undo the filter and let it drain outside,once drained get a torch and see if there is anything blocking the filter/pump.The end of the pump blade should be able to turn freely.Oh by the way once the water is out you should be able to open the door.Once you have done all before you put filter back in turn knob to spin or drain and you should see the pump spin.Now if all ok refit filter and check for leaks. Do not know how many flashes but 1green/1red = 11 water pressure low.
2green/1red = 21 blocked filter or pump fault.
You would be best firstly checking the filter and make sure it is clean and pump turns.with water drained and filter out shine torch into filter put on spin/drain and see if pump blade spins if not then try and turn with long screwdriver to free out any debris then refit filter and check for leaks and try donnt fill fully until you are happy it can drain water.

When you put it to drain/spin does the pump make any attempt to drain,if not it could be that there is something stuck in the pump,needs draining manually.Another thing to try is to find the fault code.If you hold down the 2 buttons on the far right of panel then press on/off button till lights start chasing,then release the 2 buttons on right hand side.Now the first function button by the on/off button you will need to press until the light above the button reaches the 9th or 10th position this will give you a read out in the display.
E10 = low water press.
E20 = pump or filter.
E30 = press. switch or heater faults.
E40 = Door swich.
E50 = motor.
Some of these numbers can vary there are more but those are the most common.After checking codes switch off machine then back on twice to reset.
