Need a compatible printer driver for my Dell windows 7 to be able to print on my Magicolor 5430dl printer
Try downloading this
Extract and go to
mc5430DL_Win7_v2.0.1.0\English\English\setup.exe
Run this setup file.
Install the components that you want.
If you select local and USB ensure printer is plugged in to your computer.

Hi please find above top, your user manual, below that, is your driver link, this is most likely is a driver issue, so try downloading the correct driver for your system and installing it again, as Administrator, then try printing a test page, to prove the install.

Hi this might work, have you tried to remove the toner and re-seat it??
If this doesnt work very carefully take the toner somewhere well ventelated preferablly outside and give it a good shake for about 15-20 seconds, this frees any clogged toner there may be.
Failing all of that you would want to try outting a new toner in and see what happens.

Please check your magenta cartridge if they are properly installed.
Make sure that your magenta cartridge are not empty.
Make sure that you are using the original konika minolta cartridge and not just a refill one or replacement one.
