SOURCE: Turns on when paper in slot, but won't pull it through to shred.
must disassemble feeder unit. you will find many bits of shredded paper to pull (push) out with a long narrow tool like a crochet needle.
SOURCE: shredder stopped working
I personally work with Fellowes brand shredders, but it sounds like you have a paper feed sensor issue. This may be a mechanical or electronic sensor located in the center of the paper feed slot. If it is electronic it may just need cleaning(qtip dipped in rubbing alchohol. If it is a mechanical sensor check to make sure it has not been broken or it may be stuck because of paper that has become wedged behind it(you may need to jiggle the switch a few times to free it). If none of this works you may have a burned out switch or a bad pc board, contact manufacturer for more info.
SOURCE: shredding no more
if the unit is pulling paper thru but not shredding your cutters have separated for some reason. If not pulling paper thru but machine is running you probally have a broken gear causing cutters to no longer turn you may hear a clunking or grinding noise or gear may be stripped if shredder sounds like it is spinning freely. Contact manufacturer for parts availability.

More than likely, there is a lot of paper debris jammed between the cutters and strippers. If you are handy, try the following.
Disconnect the power.
Disassemble the shredder from the lower bin to access the cutting head. Clear the head of all debris with a small screw driver or ice pick. Reassemble and oil the cutters with shredder oil, being careful not to get any oil on the optics. This should solve the sluggish problem. Oil on a regular basis, before every use.
SOURCE: Runs in reverse, but no on auto.
check and see if there is a jam of paper inside the unit or around the sensors
