I was saving a document in documents to go (maybe it was too big or something); it restarted the palm and keeps restarting not ever reaching the main screen. removing the battery, etc. doesn't help. i dont want to reset. is there anything i can do, or any way to download everything in this state?
If it's stuck on the Access screen the likely hood you will be able to get it back is slim to none...
Take the battery out and hold the 4 way switch up... We can hope this will hard reset the device... resync and it should be up and running right...

My palm was doing the same thing... I could hotsync and that was it. I hard reset my palm & lost everything. To reset pull battery out press and hold the red hang up button while phone boots up. This will reset everything on phone at factory specs. When I get home I plan on trying to hotsync my phone to get all my info back. Will give an update to let ppl know how it goes.
