DSC-T70 DSC_T70 I have white spots on my photos.The lence is clean and checked by a technician. Maybe their is a settings problem?Any help?

A white screen is the result of the LCD cable clamp not
securely fitted in the Cable clamp (for the DSC-T70)

Then you must replace the lcd please

You may have the white balance set to something other than "auto white balance".

HI samminowak Where did you buy the LCD for DSC-T70, can you provide me a link? I decided to put to the support store recommended by Sony Tech Support authorized dealers. Did u try to contact them?

There's probably something else taking up a ton of space on that memory card. Format it with the camera if you aren't worried about losing data. Otherwise, plug it into a computer with a memory card reader and see what's taking up the space.

The same thing happened to my Sony DSC-T70 today after I dropped it. White screen with green vertical lines. Need help!

No setting can cause white spots on the picture, this is a fault.

By the way you can reset settings on this camera to initial state by simply removing and putting back camera batteries.
Alternatively you should have a reset command on camera settings menu.

My opinion is that this is a fault and not a settings problem.

Typically there are three kind of faults that can cause this problem:

1 - Dirty lens or water inside the lens:
The lens may be dirty inside, for example because of water condensation on internal surfaces, this will cause blurred dots or black dots. The lens must be taken apart and cleaned in this case.

2 - Defective CCD sensor.
The CCD sensor is the chip that detects the picture, if you get well defined white or colored spots on picture that is probably a defective CCD. I think this is the more likely in your case. To fix this the sensor must be replaced.

3 - Defective video chip on internal board.
This can cause any kind of problems, however it is quite unlikely.
It is an expensive repair.

Because you have set the multi photo mode.
when you set it back to single shot mode, then the flash menu will change to more option to turn on flash.
it's because the camera can not charge the flash fast enough to do a few shot per second if flash is on.
This is the same as other digital SLR camera.

Pretty Simple:
Option 1. Go to preview mode, use the zoom-in button to see the thumbnail view. Then press delete button. You will get an option of delete-all.(it deletes all the photos except the ones specifically protected. You can remove the protection through menu options)

Option2. Another option is to connect to PC, navigate to the chip and delete everything in the folder (and not the folder structure itself ;))
