It is either Software or Hardware - both solutions below... best of luck

SOFTWARE
Just in case this setting got mixed up, go to menu - tools - settings - general - enhancement - and make sure your default is set to "Headset". If it is already set to "Headset" then it may be a hardware issue...

HARDWARE
The Nokia detects a 2.5mm jack when inserted and defaults to the standard headset mode (sound comes out through the headset but uses the phone speaker). There could be 2 causes to this (1) short in the headset jack or (2) debris in the headset jack that is making a connection between the contacts.
I recommend that you use a "can of air" sprayed directly in the jack to clear any debris. If this does not work, plug in the phone/headset jack that came with it and ensure that it detects it.
If that does not work, it is a short and you should return it or, if it is out of warranty, get someone skilled to replace or disable the jack (only do this is you have no other option -- Nokia won't touch it after you open and solder it).

Hi
The audio(headset) jack should be replaced ,that may be damaged due to slight liquid intrusion.
So take it to an authorized service center and get it replaced.

How do i sync my phone with the h700

Hi, Motorola H700 Bluetooth headset is a basic Blutooth headset that can be synced, or paired, with any Bluetooth-capable cell phone. Something unique about this phone is its retractable microphone, otherwise known as the headset's "boom." You can send and receive phone calls hands-free and wirelessly with your contacts using your H700 headset, in one touch of a button.

instructions

Press and hold the "Call" button on the headset for four to five seconds until the LED light glows purple.

Flip open the headset "boom."

Set your phone into "discovery" or "pairing" mode. Open the Bluetooth settings or options on your phone and choose to add a new device.

Select the "H700" on the phone when it finishes searching for Bluetooth devices.

Enter the passkey for the headset, which is "0000," to finish syncing the headset with your phone.

And your done..

Hope it helped.

Hands free instructions wanted Icanget to enhancement in settings' Also to headset and handsfree but despite gong to hands freee mail 0795177 4535 it does not work I can get to enhancement through settings...

You can use the headset enhancement directly when you make a call but for the hands free mode, your phone doesn't support that feature. Only nokia 1112 and above support hands free mode or it's loudspeaker mode but not in nokia 1100.

Hope this makes it clear for you.

Thanks..

Camera not initialising properly.

have u tried cleaning the two GOLD pins that u can see when u remove the battery cover.these pins actually activates the camera when u slide the cover. also clean the two strips that are there beneath the battery cover. u can clean them with a normal dry soft cloth gently. also pls make sure that u have not used up the phone's memory hugely.if the phone is memory is hugely full, this can be the reason that ur camera reponds very late. and regarding the cycle of the camera coming on and off,im sure that the cleaning instructions i gave would solve ur proble.

Poor FM reception

The Phone must be on.
The SIM card must be a valid one.
The station you listen to and the network operator you use, must support the service.
The headset or enhancement needs to be attached to your phone. for the FM radio to function properly, it's an aerial as well as a headset.
Therefor if you are in a poor reception area for making/receiving calls it will also affect the radio signal.

Not supported

It seems that the headset doesn't match your phone model. You need to contact your costumer support there might be a program or driver updates for this headset. Otherwise you need to change it to a compatible headset for your phone.
