The only solution is to delete some songs, if it is a 2 GB and it is a Sansa Clip then the max songs you can get is 450-550

If you are using Windows Media Player, just plug your MP3 player in the usb slot in your computer. Go to the sync menu in Windows Media Player. Pick the songs that you want on your MP3 player and drag them into the box on the right.

If you are using iTunes, then I don't know how, but I would imagine it is similar.

Can't sync to the mp3

Okay, 57dlt, here's what to do:
Make sure all of your songs, images and other media are on your PC. If not, you will lose them, and will have to obtain them again.
Go to settings->format, them press play, and leave your mp3 player alone for a few minutes. when it's done, the mp3 player will be wiped clean of everything. Once it's been wiped, go get the newest windows media player, then put all of the songs and images you want into the synch list, and let it synch until finished.
you will have all of the files you want on it, with no extra space being used up.

Guest: connect your mp3 player to the pc, then open it in my computer. go to the photos folder, and delete whichever ones you plan on getting rid of.

Can't figure out how to download songs. Mp3 Element 1GB

If you've got songs on your computer under media player, then synch your MP3 using Media Player.
Then you can transfer the files to your MP3 player by moving those from your library in Media Player to
the right Synch List. Once you've got the songs you want, go to the bottom on the right and press
Start Synch.

Need help deleting songs from my Sony MP3 player

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

My mp3 player wont play anything

hmmm, that means that you may have synched some songs that are not fully compatible with your go-gear. although it is still mp3, it may have some "codecs" issues with it. and thus making your go gear crazy. what you can do is delete all the songs you have there, and make a fresh start from scratch, that way, you'll know.

Playing songs that won't play and deleting songs I don't want.

when you synch your device to windows media player 11 on the side bar under the name of your device says songs click on it then find the songs you don't want right click and delete as for the songs that won't play i'd say it's probably because it doesn't support the format of the music

Mi mp3

Try downloading the MEDIA MONKEY. Its better than windows media player and itune. It automatically detects any mp3 players and you can synch your e280 without any problem. Whether you are using vista or xp the media monkey is way better than windows media player. From there you can synch your mp3 player and put songs.

Ilo mp3 player 1 gb

if there are no license issues with the songs you want to put on the player bypass media player and just drag and drop them in a file manager. it's all in the instructions. http://www.lenoxx.com/2005/mp3player/mp556.htm if you have a ilo model mp-556 (on the back cover) this page has links to the firmware and manuals etc... i follow the instruction and got mine working. u might need to use the reformat as well as the upgrade firmware to make your list read the same. reformating will set your storage area back to factory specs. i e delete all your songs on your player
