A bit too long

Printmaster 10 may not work with Windows 7. Just uninstall Printmaster 2012 then install Printermaster 10 using the installation CD.
I recommend you go to the Printmaster support site and ask them if version 10 will work with Windows 7 so you do not have to uninstall 2012 version if version 10 will not work with Windows 7.

Go to the print master home page or look for the question mark next to the exit x and see if the help pages come up, or just download from the printmaster home page

you are gonna love this site. It is called www.emule.com you can down load anything, I mean anything for free, and your print master cd you should be able to get right away, see the way the site works is it grabs bits and pieces from owners arouond the world, so if you are looking for some high price software, you leave it running in the back grouund for as long as it takes, a day? 3 days? a couple hours, now this little old cd you need, you should be able to get it right away, also here is another idea, if the cd is cracked, but not cracked in half all the way, super glue it, but use very little as possible then clean cd to make sure there is no glue exposed on the cd surface, and it will work, let me know how this goes.

Uninstall the software and then restart the computer and re-install it and see what happens. That should cure the problem.

You can buy a new version here, But as far i can see in the system requirements they do not mention windows vista, so I do not know if it will run under vista??

Which operative system are you running ??
I think your CD is corrupt and therefore you can not install it, you can try with this software if you can save the files and then try with the saved files to install the Printmaster :
