Question about Wacom Intuos3 6x11
My cursor gets shaky and begins to make squiggle lines when I try to draw straight lines. It only happens when I'm trying to draw, and doesn't really seem to affect my normal 'mouse' functions. I have no idea what it could be since the tablet was working well at first... I tried changing the sensitivity of the pen tip and I disabled the buttons on the pen in case I was hitting them with my fingers or something, but still no luck. Whenever I try to draw with my pen it also clicks randomly and is now skipping as well. Help? Thanks!
The latest drivers have 2 modes...
1 open the driver control panel
2 at the top of the window double click the intuos3 tablet that is giving you problems
3 choose standard mode instead of recognition data
... this is at least what worked for me. I hope it helps.

Well... Pen mode seems to be the answer. Thinking about it, it was behaving like a good mouse should...

I too have this problem, it only affects the drawing side of the my tablet pen. I tried changing the nib but it still does it.
I have been facing the same problem since yesterday. Its not a problem with the pen because the same pen works fine with my other Wacom tablet. I am facing this problem even when using it as a mouse function. It accidentally closes / minimizes windows, even if i hold the pen on a scroll bar the cursor keeps shaking. I even uninstalled the wacom driver/ software and installed the latest one but the problem still persists.
I am having the problem also... I installed painter x on my vista x64 today and noticed that I couldn't right-click by holding the pen to the tablet like I always could before.
I looked more closely and notice that the pen is constantly jittery and shaky.
