DVDs on my Sony SLV-D350P DVD/VHS player play in black and white
...as of last week. Until then, they played just fine in color on my Sony Trinitron television. No cables have been touched. Can anyone tell me how I can get movies playing in color again? Thanks.

First try a good quality dvd cleaner. If that does not cure the problem then the video cable may have went bad. I had a system that the cables were never touched & after a few years it needed replaced in order to get my picture back. Hope this helps & please take a moment to rate my answer. Thanks.

Some inputs on tvs won't process the color signal. Try one of the other inputs. Mine does the same. If u have already used the working ones on something else, U will need a switch to select one or the other available at Radio Shack if u can find one.
