Preform this test if you are having trouble entering data into the console. If you cannot enter the DIAGNOSTIC code due to an inoperable keypad, replace the console.
Press [2] to start the test.
The display LEDs will light up in an L-shaped formation, representing the keypad matrix. Pressing a button on either the exercise program keypad or the function keypad will light an LED within the outline on the display that corresponds to that button's position on the console.
Firmly press each button. If the LED corresponding to the button you pushed does not light up, the keypad is bad and the console should be replaced.
Press [CLEAR] to test the LED and then end the test 10 seconds later.
I suspect that the Logic Control Board is shot. If the unit is 1 year old or less try:

christydubar -- Whirlpool Duet GHW91000 Technical Service Manual does list F35 error code. Try running the diagnostic test below and then write back with condition indication code. -- SWT
DIAGNOSTIC TEST The control must be in the OFF state before pressing the touch-pad sequence to start the test. Starting the test mode Close the door. Press the Control On button. Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle. Select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SELECT button, as needed. Push Prewash Option button four (4) times within five (5) seconds. C:00 will show in the display. NOTE: If Model does not have PREWASH Mode as an option, press RINSE/HOLD. If the Starting procedure fails, push PAUSE/CANCEL button. Then repeat the starting sequence. Test Program Control during Execution To advance to the next step of the test procedure, push Prewash Option button two (2) times.
The FL error code means: Flood Condition: FL flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a suds lack condition in order for FL to be displayed
With an overfill condition, the beeper repeats a warning every 10 seconds with no time-out. The pump is cycled in drain mode for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off until the overfill switch resets or power is discontinued to the unit.
Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.
This problem I see on these are the water pumps getting clogged with lint or other things, causing the pump not to pump all of the water out at times.
There is a check "valve" in the drain assembly that seems to sometimes cause problems with the FL error code. You can remove this piece, and might avoid changing the pump.

First of all, does the washer make a distinctive "click" when you push the START button? This is an indication that your door latch is locking (or at least making an attempt to lock). Normally, however, the display would have an "fdl" fault code indicating a door lock failure if it were bad. I have seen the latch go bad and not register a fault code, though. You can perform this simple diagnostic test to see if any fault codes register:
1. Select DRAIN/SPIN
2. Under SPIN SPEED select NO SPIN
3. Then, under OPTIONS push the PREWASH button 4 times.
You should hear the door latch click then "C00" will show on the display. The washer will begin a series of tests (C01...C05 - depending on options and model) by testing the hot and cold fill valves, the various dispenser compartments, followed by tumble, drain and spin.
If there is something wrong the diagnostic test will abort and a fault code will be displayed. The washer usually beeps when it displays a fault code.
If you attempt to perform the diagnostic and the display momentarily flashes after you press the PREWASH button the fourth time and goes out, this can also be a symptom of bad door latch.
You need to perform these simple steps first in order to further diagnose. Let me know what you come up with.
