Which password you are referring to, There are two types of password.
1. Windows Password
2. BIOS Password.

If you are referring to Windows Password, I Suggest you to Reinstall the Operating System to resolve the issue

Or if it is BIOS Password you need to Disassemble the laptop and remove RTC Battery which looks like a money penny and reinstall after few minutes. this will help you.

I forgot my power on pass word for my hp 8105p
If there is another administrator account on the computer you can use that to go into the Users control panel and remove the password. For $30.00 you can purchase ebcd which will allow you to create a bootable CD and change the password using the wizrd from the CD. The ISO file has to be burned to a disk using a progarm like Nero or the free program they have listed on their site.

Forgot pass word to compaq DC 5700 micro tower PC
Try Starting in Safe mode (Pressing and holding f8 when the computer is starting up) this should open the "Head Administrator" account if your on Xp:)" If on Vista Your pretty much out of luck unless you remember the Password as vista requires you to have access to the Desktop to Turn on Admin Mode
