344877-001 all the back lights blink when power is plugged in

Check out the inverter board that powers the back light leds.

First remove the battery and power cord for about a minute. Then plug back in and see if that helps. Otherwise please read the following:

LEDs near Caps Lock and Number Lock keys blink when starting notebook The LED lights near the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys will blink if an error is detected during the start up process. The LEDs will blink a number of times in a sequence and then stop. The number of blinks in the sequence indicates what component caused an error when it was being tested during start up. If all the LEDs then try to turn off the power switch, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. If all the LEDs are still blinking, press Go and Job Cancel buttons together and let me know what LEDs stay on.

The LED indicators above the drive bays and the front LED indicate drive status and activity.
During Startup

• Front LED – blinks red/blue until both disks are powered on, then turns solid blue.
• Rear LEDs – blinks red/blue until corresponding disk is powered on, then turns solid blue.

NOTE: If the device is not able to initiate the boot process following disk startup, the front is solid red.
During Bootup

• Front LED – solid blue
• Rear LEDs – solid blue

NOTE: If a disk is failing, both the disk’s corresponding rear LED and the front LED will be solid red.
During RAID Synchronization

• Front LED – solid red
• Rear LEDs – The LED corresponding to the original disk will be blinking blue and the one being synchronized is blinking red
• Once both disks are synchronized, their corresponding rear LED and the front LED will be solid blue.

1. It looks like a battery problem!

2. Plug in your laptop to fully recharge the battery!

3. After 3-6 hours, try to start your system!

4. You can also check by changing the power jack / socket!

try removing memory and putting back, check end of power plug to see if your getting power,

the 3 blinking LEDs mean the lamp may be defective. Be sure the lamp is making contact with the sockets within the lamp compartment, also make sure the lamp is the correct one for your model. The set can be reset by unpluggimg the power cord for 5 minutes then plug it back in, if the 3 LEDs still blink check the lamp if its making contact and its the correct lamp for your model, suspect the ballast
