Forward and Backward facing Quinny freestyle 3xl

Hi all,

I have purchased this Quinny as it states on every website that it is forward and backward facing which is why I bought this in the first place.
Now I have no indictaion in the instructions how I can turn the pushchair bit so it is backward facing.
Can anybody help?
I do hope they don't mean it is only backward facing with the car seat as I don't want to push around the Maxi Cosi all the time as I think it is not comfortable enough for my son.
Has anybody got any idea how I can make this to face backward as I'd like to keep an eye on the baby :-)

Thank you!

I have the same problem. I have removed the seat and tried various things, but can't work it out...As has been said, the instructions are no help. I have a friend who has this model (I believe), and hers is in the backward facing position. I am hoping to see her soon and will ask for her advice. I will let you know if she has been helpful if a solution isn't posted in the meantime!

I have spoken to the friend who has the freestyle 3XL, and has her pushchair facing backwards (not the car seat, but the actual pushchair). It seems it depends on what age model you have. On mine (sadly) I cannot turn the seat around. However, on the ones which can be adjusted (possibly the newer models - mine was 2nd hand), look under the foot rest. If yours can be adapted, there should be a lever under there which enables you to turn the frame around. If there isn't a lever then it's probably not one that can be swapped.

Hope this is helpful and that yours is one of the models that can be altered!

I NEED A BAG TO HAVE UNDER MY QUINNY DO YOY NOW WHERE TO BAY IT ON INTERNET!!

Good Evening

The Quinny Freestyle 3XL has been discontinued in the UK for some years, so we're no longer able to supply items for it. If you're in the UK you'll need to find one through a private seller.

If you're in a country where the Freestyle 3XL is still available to buy brand new from retailers, make contact with one of these retailers and ask them to order the bag for you.

Quinny Carrycot Compatible with Quinny Dreami?

Hi,

The Dreami for the Freestyle 3XL is compatible with the Buzz. You will need to get a set of Buzz adapters (these are the same adapters that you would use to attach the Cabrio Fix carseat) these should cost around £18 or see if you can get them on eBay!

Hope this helps.

Quinny front wheel Quinny Freestyle 3XL are Los/wobbly. Is there a way for me to open the front wheel suspension?

Hi, I wouldn't try opening the wheel suspension as you will never get it back together, what I suggest is that you buy a new or used set of front wheels for you buggy on ebay, there is lots of spare parts to be purchased in very good condition. Regards marie
