The error refers to a firmware mismatch. Have you had any major parts replaced recently i.e. the control panel. If you have then the machine may not recognise the new part because of software/firmware differences. You could try resetting the machine through the simulation mode but if you have had a major component replaced then the issue is more than likely firmware. A local dealer can provide the update with the latest firmware.
if its a u9-1 code it is the lamp that is faulty. Sometimes it can be the connections either end of the lamp but normally the lamp itself. It will probably cost as much to fix as it would to get a new one to be honest
