Control locked it says control locked and it wont' function. Kenmore Elite Smartheat Quietpak 9 HE4.

Sounds like the belt that turns the drum could be broken. I'd check that first.

Unplug it and check the connection inside where the cord attaches to the machine. I have seen these come loose.

My Kenmore Elite dryer keeps beeping..just going through the end of cycle alarm-high,low,off...anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried unplugging the power cord yet? Leave it off for 2 minutes. It may reset the unit and solve your problem. If not, let us know and an expert from this category will try to help you further.

leave door open and press the rubber botton inside, \ I just hooked up mine and it did same thing, i pushed botton light went out, so this told me the door wasnt closing correctly, you have to push hard on door first couple times. hope this helps you.

replace felt seals on drum

try this,,,press pause /cancel botton twice

check the door switch

Control panel moisture 9/10 times.... or check the fuse under the lower front panel ($12 sears)
