No user manual with keyboard

Apparently you have user manuals online but not with the purchased item.
I have a wired Dynex multimedia keyboard with no user manual. I called you help line and received info where to find one online but the info was not accurate.
Where can I find a user manual online for a model dx - wkbd?

I need the user manual for the zrc-102 remote control. Trying to download it

Do you mean the Dynex ZRC-102 remote control? This remote was included with the Dynex DX-LCD19-09 and a few other models and is not apparently a universal remote control. The guide to the remote is usually included in the manual for the electronic device that the remote came with. The best source for the manual is ManualsLib, https://www.manualslib.com/manual/41507/Dynex-Dx-Lcd19-09.html#manual . Pages 5-6 describe using the remote: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/41507/Dynex-Dx-Lcd19-09.html?page=5#manual . Unfortunately, the manuals here, https://www.dynexproducts.com/pdp/DX-LCD19-09/8632848 , are not readable by my Windows computer. I don't have a Hex or Octet reader installed.

Dynex Multimedia Keyboard not working

Check and install drivers for your multimedia keyboard which is came along with the Keyboard. Also check whether the USB drivers has been installed properly and check the status of the same.
