I'm assuming you're talking about your washing machine. Your washer's drain pump or a clogged drain pump is likely the problem. Access the pump by removing the front of the washing machine exposing the pump. Remove the hoses and you'll find your problem. If you're talking about anything other than a washing machine, you'll have to be more specific.
Probably a blocked filter, outlet pipe or pump. Take the drain hose and lay it flat and lower then the level of the drum and this will drain the machine providing the blockage is not solid. When machine is empty check filter , pipes and pump and remove any blockage found. Replace drain hose and you should then be able to carry on with your wash or spin the clothes.
Check your drain pump/filter may be located bottom right of machine/hold drain hose over bucket with around 2 feet from floor level should pump if no blockage....Remove any blockage .hope this also solves tray fault
LE means that the motor sensor has failed and needs a technician to come out and repair the unit. To remove the water, turn on the unit, press the spin speed button once and press start. It will drain the water out and spin the drum.
Thanks for using FixYa. F2 error means Long Drain. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F2" is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. Also, check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. Then check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. If still the issue is not resolved then replace the pump. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa. OE is a drain error, it flashes when the washer won’t drain within 10 minutes. TO resolve this issue you’ll have to check the drain pump filter for any clogs, also check the drain hose for any kinks and clean the drain pump filter. If still the issue is not resolved then you might have to replace the pump. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

“F02” (Drain Problem) Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug washer or disconnect power. Check the following: Is the drain hose kinked? Is the drain hose frozen? Is the drain hose clogged? Is the drain hose more than 96" (2.4 m) above the floor?
After running this check list, plug back up and try a complete cycle using cold water and no detergent. Sudding can mimic a drainage issue as well. make sure you are using the correct HE detergent to prevent over sudding.
