Does the mouse work everywhere else and just not chrome???

Go to your control panel in Windows and remove any software that came with the mouse. Then restart your computer. Don't worry, Windows has its own software to make the mouse work.

You can use your keyboard without mouse by disabling only the mouse from the hard ware device manager.

1. To go to hard ware device manager , in case you are using windows xp , click on my computer and select properties.
2. In properties , select the hard ware tab , and then in hardware tab select device manager.
3. Once you are in device manager, expand the mice and other pointing devices , and then choose the mouse that is being reflected under this section, and again right click and choose properties.
4. Then finally in the properties window , choose the disable this device option and then select ok , and you will have your mouse successfully disabled.

u shoud check whether the mouse is worked by fixed it another computer.if it work .it may be the trouble of ur mouse changing the mouse is the best solution to u ather wise contact computer hard ware michanic if u havent a a computer hard ware knoledge

Make sure the batteries are in your moue and it is switched on. There shoud be a red light showing on the mouse. It is the problem of the Hard ware( Mouse). The contact is not get activated on soft clicks. dismantle the mouse. clean the contact points and put the click button properly might solve the problem. if not it should be replaced.

just add the mouse as a new hard ware

uninstall your usb controller and restart sys
