Hi i have a brothers sc6000 . I will be sewing and everything will lock up.Seems the bobbin case will not stay in place.Put everything back together and the wheel will be hard to turn to even wind the bobbin thread up to begin sewing. I will put things back together and 3 minutes later same thing happen bobbin case moves and needle bends, locks up ,or breaks. Can you please shine some light my way? Thankyou
Im not sure if this will help but thought I would pass it along. My Pfaff 6122 tells me to check bobbin for thread unrolling clockwise before you place it back in the machine. I had mine turned to un roll counter clockwise, this is wrong, the bobbin will fall out when you pull on the thread while you are holding it in your hand. You may just keep putting it in backwards. Hope this works for you. J.R.

Have the same problems. How did you solve this?
I have the same problem. The black bobbin case moves counterclockwise. There is a metal band and a small "nib" in the case that the thread passes through, but the "nib" passes the metal band, and the bobbin case spins, and the machine jams.
My bobbin case slides and it causes my needle to hit it and jam up. My machine also doesn't pick up the bobbin thread when it sews.
i have the same broblem and i figured it out. there is a small metal peice that keeps the bobbin case from spinning. this peice is tiny and easily bent. if it gets bends the bobbin case spins to far and whne the needls goes down it hits the bobbin case, causeing it to bend or break. how ever i do not know what this smal medal peice is called or how to repplace it! any suggestions?
