Hai, you have to do:
first run the program "princeofpersia.exe" from installed folder. this will detect the supported hardware and o.s.
second: don't quit the program after detecting.
third: run the program pop3.exe from your installed folder. it will magically run the game .

The reason being simple...the game is meant to be played on one core n u have a dual.But don't worry you can still play the game,otherwise what's the use of this technology.Here's how you do it first, if ur running an AMD dual core, DownLoad the dual core optimizer from amd.comsecondly. hit ctrl alt delete, hit processes tab, find seriousam2.exe or w/e it is. right click on it and hit set affinty. next deselect one of the CPU marks. then it'll run on one core.

you do not have the required pixel or vertex shader to run it.Now if u dont here's a solution:go to the folder of POPWW and find hard ware setings keep serching until u find pixel shader and vertex shader.Now set them both 2.0 or just vertex shader and now try.the game may be slow but it will work.reset this back to 1.4 after you pushed keileena in the portal and it should be fine but save after u push her.
