I hav downloaded the nero 9 trial version and it is asking for the serial key please pass me the serial key to that so that i can check the trial version of that

Nero should be able to replace your serial number. You'll probably need your receipt. Otherwise, they offer a free trial of nero 9 here;

Because it's not a free program, there's no other legal way to get a serial number beyond the trial versions'. Although be sure and ask Nero about it anyway, even if you don't have your receipt.
You will be prompted to enter a serial number while installing the Nero
9 Trial version. Copy your personal Trial Serial Number and paste it
into the prompted dialog box during the installation of Nero 9.

you can download/get the demo serial number from nero site, following is the link. For full version, you need to get the new serial number (buy) and then activate the demo version. Free version/Demo version runs but it has some restrictions to the functionalities provided (you can't use them unless activated)
The only way you can get the serial is if you pay for it. To do so any other way would be illegal.
