Frequent paper jams with my Konica 2223 photocopier

Whenever i photocopy a document with my Konica 2223 model, the paper jams and the printout are black all over..

is the exposure lamp comes on when you copy?

do you see any image at all?

what is the copy count on it?

I believe u have cleaned all the optics right? if yes then,check if ur dev. is over toned run a few copies with flat top cover open
if not then change the dev and see if it works

I wish I could help you, You need to call for service for your copier. An authorized dealer or Konica minolta branch service in your area. You might need a fuser unit that the upper separating claws disloge or broken, exit paper detect actuator is broken or disloged, or you need a new developer.

Give us a feed back. Also there might be a paper wrap around the recycling unit and that is required to pull the drum carriage unit. Open the right front cover and locate two black screws you have to loosen to remove the drum carriage.

After rectifying a paper jam the printer will not print any documents but it will print photocopies. Have tried unplugging it and rebooting

Check that you have nothing in the print Que. or spooler stalled

Paper jam on my toshiba 2060 model

Exactly where in the machine does the paper jam??If it jams when you hit the print button, try cleaning the paper feed tires with WD40.spray it on a clean cloth, clean the feed and pickup tires thoroughly and make sure to get ALL of the WD40 off the tires before using the machine.If you take the paper cassette out and look with a flashight you should be able to identify the paper feed tires.

Data light flashes , documents won't print.

this is not a network problem.because machine is receiving documents thats why light is blinking. check the paper in the tray whether they are of correct size, change the paper size from computer, or call your tech service rep it may be due to usb cable or faulty network cable, or it may be the problem of main communication board of photocopier machine.
