Blank screen on phone Motorola RAZR V3c

I am not sure what happen to my phone either i dropped it which i think i did or something else but i have a white screen on it when i turn it on so please that would be great if somebody can help me with this problem

my screen is blank and I can not see who is calling or who I am calling.
