If it possible to transfer my existing minutes let on my motorola trackfone c-139-4 to another motorola tracfone c139-4? If so,How is this possible when my existing Tracfone will not turn on

If its a new tracfone you can do it online at tracfone.com when you activate it otherwise just call customer care they will do it for you. I did it the other day.

Scott, To transfer your number from your Old Service Provider to TracFone Wireless, you must ask TracFone to Port your existing telephone number. TracFone Wireless will process the request for you. During this process, your service with your current provider will be disconnected automatically and Activated with the new provider you have selected. There is no need for you to call your current provider to disconnect your service. During the Request process, you will still be able to place calls on your existing wireless telephone or wire line phone. You, however, will not be able to receive calls during the porting process.

I just bought a new TracFone. How do I transfer my phone?
In order to transfer your phone, go to the "Activate/Reactivate Phone" button on our website and then select the option that you need. You can also contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-867-7183 so that a representative can transfer that information for you. Please note that when you complete a phone upgrade from a smartphone to a non-smartphone, you will not be able to transfer any remaining minutes in your account, so you will lose those minutes.
If I buy a new TracFone, can I transfer my remaining minutes and phone number to the new phone?
Yes, you can transfer the minutes and phone number into your new TracFone by going to the TracFone main page and clicking on the "Activate/Reactivate Phone" button. If you currently have a TracFone and would like to upgrade to another
model and transfer your remaining units, you can now do so on our
website. In most cases, your phone number can be transferred to your
new phone. Once you have purchased your new phone model, please follow
the steps listed below:
Step 1: Click on ‘ACTIVATE/REACTIVATE PHONE’
Step 2: Click on ‘Existing TracFone Customer’
Step 3: If you have already set up a ‘My Account’, please sign in with
your email address and password. If you have not created an account,
please click on ‘Continue’ underneath the question ‘Don’t have My
Account?’ and complete the registration questions.
Step 4: Select the option "Activate my TracFone with a number
transferred from one of my other TracFones." and select the phone you
will be upgrading to and click "Submit".
The system will guide you through the remaining steps for your phone
upgrade.
The possibility of transferring the Double the Minutes Plan to another
TracFone, is based upon the verification and completion of certain
conditions.
