Soundcard problem acer aspire 5735

I have an acer aspire 5735, my sound keeps crackin up then going silent,after a reboot it says no sound device is installed

    its not speakers becuase it shows as no sound card installed after goin silent

    hey wait does the sound happen fter you turn on something like the internet right. Also it's internally making the sond inside the labtop not from the speaers i think.

Try reinstalling sound driver. if still the same issue try external speaker to check if they have same issue. if external speakers work fine that mean its not driver issue and problem with your notebook speakers replace them.

Acer aspire 5735 mic problem
Go to control panel and sound devices and unmute the mic under record options. To avoid feed back use headphones or mute the mic in the play back option. Audacity is a good open source application to use to record on your PC.

I have an acer aspire laptop in the device manager the network controller has an yellow exclamation point.
Write down the info for the controller. Try step 1: right click on controller info, select update driver. Step 2 (if step 1 doesn't work), right click on contrller, select remove, reboot & let windows find new device & load driver or use info from controller to google search for driver.

contol panel,system,device manager,sounds video&game contoller tab, click it, double click the tab under it, driver tab now, update the driver, let it search the internet for you, automatically,
takes 5 mins,
reboot.

Audio problem
if it has a microphone you may be having you're microphone echoing whats coming out of you're speakers to disable it

windows vista:right click the speaker in you're tray click recording devices and click disable

windows xp:rigt click speaker icon in you're tray and click open volume comtrol and mute the current microphone

or if that's not the problem you may have to download new sound card drivers i can help you with that too!
