Your question need finishing, but for what's written, this is true. Fine flour equals stodgy bread. Strong flour = course ground.
Special strong flour for bread making is better for bread than home ground flour because it rises and aerates better. However I like my heavy home ground flour because I like grinding it. Weird but true.
