If drunk in excess, energy drinks can be very harmful to your health. The caffeine in these drinks comes in very high doses. There have been many cases of people suffering from heart palpitations, high blodd pressure, headaches and ulcers due to over-consumption of energy drinks. so be careful!

I'm looking for the best energy drinks that can help to reduce my weight.

1. You need to get started with weight loss by making several changes in the way your lifestyle is at present 2. Be quick to note, accept and make adjustments where necessary or where desirable; exercising ALONE or merely consuming energy drinks does not help you lose weight. You need to watch what you eat (food type, nutrition refers), when you eat (when your body system will be active to digest it), what helpings you eat (size or quantity refers) and how your daily routine goes. It doesn't matter how many cans of energy drinks you take; if you don't take into account 1. Your daily routine/activity level, and 2. Your food intake The weight will remain. You must be able to burn more calories than you eat or store in your body system to see, record and experience weight loss...instead of exercising and depending on energy drink to do the magic.
Cheers.
