SIM card registration failed for a few reasons:

Hi, there can be a number of reasons for this happening. My first idea would be to purchase a new Sim Card. It could also be due to the Sim slot in your phone, in which case you will need to buy a new phone or take it to 'repairs.'

Are you able to switch on your phone without the sim card i mean like in OFFLINE mode ? Or your simply doesn't boot up with the sim card inserted or you are getting any message like sim card failed and then phone goes off ?

Try inserting some other prepaid sim in the phone and see if it turns on, if that succeeds then there is possibility that may be your sim card has damaged.

If registration failed it could be due to a couple of problems

first :phone locked, cant help you sorry
second: try to clean Sim card slot
third: try if the SIM card is working (check for damages)

That means that your SIM card is permanently disconnected. If your SIM card is prepaid, you may have to buy a new one. If your SIM is postpaid, please call your mobile service provider to report the issue so they can reactivate your SIM.

This happenes if your sim card is a prepaid one and u didnt charge it for long time or if is not a prepaid one and is one with montly subscription also u didnt paid for some months...or sometimes they can damage and u need to change the sim card...
