AntiViris 360 was downloaded on my computer. It's one of those programs if you don't buy it, it will mess up ya computer. I didn't know want to buy. I tried just about everything is find it to get it off my computer. Even Add and Remove Programs did even have it listed. I tried to use the recovery disc. It's kept giving me an error (ERROR: 10E7160017). Then I decided to delete everything on my Hard Drive. Well, that took 9 hours, lol. Anyways, there's nothing on the HD. I tried the out of box state again. Same error. I'm starting to think my HD has crashed.
That's terrible. The right soution should be to try Ashampoo Uninstaller or similar software that gets off EVERY BIT of unwanted software. Use function "Install new applications". It asks for setup.exe, install.exe or similar executable file, that runs Antivirus 360 installer. Point to it. After all the installations completes, "Ashampoo Uninstaller" logs the installation. Now uninstall the unwanted program using "Uninstall logged programs". That's it!
If you really damaged your operating system, do buckup of your important data and reinstall OS
You need to prepare:
1:A blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive
2.A computer which can link to internet
3.A program called Windows Password Recovery 6.0
Get started with this 3 simple steps:
Website: http://lost-password.net/products/windowspasswordrecoery.html
Step 1 - Download windows password recovery utility and install it.
Step 2 -Burn your Windows Password Reset CD:
To burn your CD, you'll need a blank CD-R and the .ISO file of Windows Password Reset.

My HD has been wiped clean. There HD doesn't even have windows on it anymore. I have to hit F12 when the mother board is loading up to get to my boot menu to get to my CD/DVD drive to even load up my Recovery Disc. I can't do anything with it now. I think I have crashed my HD. I hope I don't have to go buy another one.
