My front screen broke

Honestly the price of the screen is probably more than the TV is worth. If you are wanting to repair it yourself remove the damaged panel and replace with a plexi-glass or similar cut to size.

Reply to my post on how to remove front panel.....

I WOULD NEED TO GET THE SERVICE MANUAL FOR THAT. YOU CAN CALL RCA THEY CAN TELL YOU. IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE IT I THINK YOU CAN GET A PIECE OF PLEXI GLASS FROM LOWES OR HOME DEPOT. IF YOU MEASURE IT TO THE 1/8" THEY CAN CUT IT FOR YOU.

Zune 80gb 2nd Gen...Broken outer screen.

Try PDASmart.com. The glass on my zune 80gb just broke as well, and this is the only place that offers a replacement.

How do I remove the outer protective screen on my Mitsubishi WS-55315?

There are trim pieces around the edges that can be removed by sliding a knife underneath and lightly prying. They should remove fairly easily, don't force them as they may break. Use the knife on the cabinet side and pry toward the center of the screen.

The tear on the inner screen may be best left as is.

lexan would be better than plexi as it is tougher, but try to get anti-glare if possible. Anti-glare plexi would be better than regular lexan.

Panasonic HDTV 1080i Screen

Usualy Panasonic have 3 layers on the screen. From inside to outside is: fresnel, lenticular and protective. If only the one from outside is broken don't wory. It;s just protective and the film it's just a filter to improve the black level. You can use it like that but be carrefull because the lenticular it's not protected anymore and if you scrach it ... And do not try to clean it with anything else just dry rag.
