What happened to original? How old is the refridgerator?

What is the last number in the model number? This unit more than likely has LED lighting. If it is an led model you will have an led in the back of the freezer, on the bottom of the fresh food doors and on the ceiling and sides of the fresh food section. Depending on that last number which is the engineering code.

Look for a reset button, and try resetting . If compressor , is working and still not cooling , check refrigerant gas.

unlikely both temp.sensors will be faulty at the same time. Notice how different the internal temps.are compared to the acurate one you are measuring it against. Almost certain board is defective because incorrect info in the processor will tell the compressor/s to switch off before time.(hence not correct temp. all the time.) Suggest replacement.I normally replace probes as well to eliminate problems later..

Good chance the water line near the ice maker motor is frozen. Thaw out the freezer for about 6 hours - move your frozen stuff to the refrig - ot should be OK - then back again after thawing. This alnost always works.

this is most often caused by a slightly low charge of refridgerent, as the engine heats the system the gas expands and the light goes out.

Refridgerator is 5 years old. Simply went out of cooling and freezing. Still makes operating sounds and lights work but losing our freezer full of food is disturbing on a refer only 5 years old.What could be wrong?

its possible the water tank or tube is frozen up. try turning off the refrigerator and leaving the door open for about 10-15 minutes and see if it will start working again. if that works adj your temp settings to warm the fresh food section up just a little to prevent it from freezing again..

The control board is likely gone bad or a wire harness inside the front came loose. With all those indications, I'd lean toward a dead board.
