This is not safe and you can call bugaboo, give them the number on your chasis and they will be able to help you. They will most likely replace since it is a big problem as it is the carry handle.

SOURCE: Bugaboo Frog Handle Bars Not Locking into place

We had a similar problem with our Bugaboo Cameleon. The right-hand hinge of the frame would not lock and the button was permanently down. What had happened was the handle extension switch housing had come unscrewed and slipped up the frame, causing a small spring to fall out. The lock switches each have a spring which pushes down on a rod inside the frame to lock the hinge. To access the spring, unscrew the handle extension housing and slide it up the aluminum frame. I replaced the missing spring and the frame works perfectly. If the problem is with the spring, this should work. Alternatively the problem may lie inside the lock switch housing, which contains a very simple mechanism which slides the lock rod up and down. This can be unscrewed as well. As far as I can tell, the actual hinge assembly itself is a sealed unit and can't be opened, but hopefully, you won't have to.
Good luck,
Ben

SOURCE: Loola handle won't lock into position

I had this problem and was discussing it with another loola mum. If you pull the handle and push down on the top of the bit it locks into at the same time, it locks first time - I've had months of frustration due to this and it was solved so easily!

SOURCE: i need a new chassis as the handle bar wont go down

Hi,

You can purchase a new handle from the suppliers or the retailier where you purchased the pram as this is much cheaper.

Hope this helps.

ME ESP LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON ON MY 2010 DODGE JOURNEY. WHAT SHOULD I DO

If the roads have been slippery, then this is normal. If not, you should take your vehicle to a mechanic. It may be a error, and easily fixable, but it also may be something wrong with your stability control, or even something else that works with the ESP, like anti lock brakes. Better to be safe, and get it checked out.

How to Replace Door Locks in Audi All road car?

The procedure to replace the door locks in car is as follows:--
1) First of all carefully remove the arm rest and any speaker covers if speakers are connected.
2) Then remove the door panel. The door panel is connected by plastic clips.
3) Then remove the door handle screws with the help of screwdriver.
4) After the screws are removed the door handle will come out
5) Now the interior doors handle needs to be removed. the interior door handle is fitted by plastic clips you can use a pliers to pop out the plastic clip, then twist the clip to allow the interior door handle to swing free and easily come out.
6) Take the door handle out
7) Now in the door remove the rod from lock core. Then remove the two bolts holding the door handle assembly.
8) Now before removing the old door lock, please take note of the position in which it is placed. So while inserting new lock there is no problem about placing the new lock.
9) Insert the new lock carefully to the proper position. And reverse/refit all the parts which you removed while replacing the old door lock.
This will help. Thanks.

Husky 435 chain brake is stuck in "locked" position with clutch cover off. How do I release the brake, so the cover will fit over the flywheel?

Hi, grab the cover in a vise in the same place the bar nuts tighten up to. Then pull the chainbrake lever back towards where the handle bar would normally be until it clicks and locks back. This will require a bit of force. Then refit the cover as normal. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

Placing the handle of my Dyson DC07 into its upright and locked position causes the beater bar to stop turning. It will not start turning until the handle is first lowered to the working position and the...

Hi its Darran at Dyson.

The brush control is designed to switch the brush bar off automatically when you stand the machine back into the upright position. It is designed this way to protect any delicate floor surfaces when you have the machine switched on and upright and when you are using the hose.

If the brush control should be in the centre position and move forward to the "on" position when you release the head. If it is not doing this, please contact our Helpline on 0800 298 0298 (UK) or 1866MYDYSON (US).

How do i stop my 2002 GMC Safari from swaying

If this excessive swaying is due to worn suspension then those worn parts will be tie-rods, shock struts, anti roll bars and the rubber bushings holding the various parts of the suspension in place. General suspension overhaul would be required.
Now if its a normal feature of the vehicle you can improve the handling by fitting harder anti roll bars(sway bars), stiffer shocks, custom tie rods, better quality rubber bushes (polyurethane) and by lowering the suspension with shorter stiffer springs.
I suggest searching for an owners club for your vehicle where you should find some people who are doing the same thing and get advice from those who have been there before - --- You can ruin a cars handling and make it quite dangerous by changing things around, I suggest you search for suspension modification and do a quick 101 of the do's and dont's of suspension modification before you start swapping parts.

Once I've folded my phil & ted vibe (in single mode) the locking clips won't fold into place (I've used as much force as I dare -- worried I might break the clips if I try any harder). This makes it...

When folding the Vibe some important things to remember are that the handlebar must be in the most upright position (perpendicular to the ground), nothing can be below the rear axle level (ie. lift the basket up above this) and the front single wheel should have the side with the attachment bar on the outside.
The fold locks will not engage if everything is not in the correct position. If everything is in the correct position the fold locks will easily engage/disengage. If everything is NOT in the correct position the fold locks will not engage and should not be forced.

Folding:
  1. Put handle bar in upright position.

  2. Undo the side lock clips. Then you lift the red lever on the side to start the fold. Fold so that the pram front wheel and handle come together.

  3. As the pram folds ensure basket is above rear axle and the front wheel has the attachment bar on the outside.

  4. When the pram is fully folded you can fold the side lock clips back in place.

Handle over the big wheels

Hi,

To move the handle bar (either for folding or to change into the off-road mode) push the small white button in (located on the inside of the handle bar) and pull both triggers toward you (also located on the inside of the handle bar - on either side) This will enable the handle bar to move.

I hope this helps.

Chassis won't lock into position

Don't worry, this is normal. once you lock the seat into place, the front bar stays put, even if you hop a curb.

Wireles card

Hi,

Most laptop's wireless networking card is underneath. They are normally accessible after removing a lid/panel held in place by a screw (or 2). It is easily identifiable since it will be the only plug-in card with 1 or 2 thin cables with snap on connectors which are for the antennas. They are held in place by snap lock on both sides. Gentling prying the lock on the sides further sideways will cause the WiFi card to partial snap out of its holder and can therefore be removed easily.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
