Kevlar 29 (created in the early 70's) is the first generation bullet proof resistant fibers and Kevlar 129 (created in 1988) is second generation bullet proof resistant fibers. The 2nd generation fibers provide more protection capabilities against high energy rounds.

Belt came off and it seems that the clutch cable is stretched so the pulley on try the deck is not pulling the belt enough to stay on.

whats a bit more likely to have happened was that old belt stretched (there just rubber) and now wont maintain tension enough to stay on pulleys ?????

this is good reason why I allways see if a @ Kevlar belt is available to sub out a stock worn old one

Kevlar is stronger than steel ( bulletproof) and grips like rubber ,
heat is all belts enemy do what ever is needed to reduce heat on belts

I own the bench top Scheppach m90106 bandsaw. The kevlar band in the bottom of the saw that connects the motor to the actual blade wheel has become lose, causing the saw to lose power almost immediately...

I can't find any good source of manual of your saw. I wish I can help you. I don't know kevlar band. Try calling the technical rep of the manufacturer. They should be able to assist you with that.

What types of materials are used to make body armour?

Body armour can be made from a number of different types of woven or non-woven materials. One of the first fibres used for modern ballistic-resistant material was Kevlar , which is made by DuPont. Other materials include Spectra , made by Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal); Twaron , made by Accordis (formerly Akzo Nobel). These materials are manufactured in a variety of styles and can be woven or non-woven (laminated). Hard (non-fabric) armour plates can be made from a number of materials, including metals, ceramics and other composite materials.

What materials are the panels of bullet proof vests made of?

Bullet proof vest panels are typically made out of Kevlar and spectra fibers. Kevlar is a man-made organic fiber that is flame resistant. It is the first material used for bullet proof vests and was first developed in 1965. Compared to Kevlar, Spectra is lighter and softer and allows for better comfort and range of motion.

HP laserjet 100 mfp blue line

I had the same kind of problem with the same printer.
The problem started with yellow toner powder 'leaking' inside the printer and contaminating the printed documents.

After inspection, the yellow cartridge showed what seamed to be like caked/cluttered powder between the magnetic roller and the doctor blade.
I dismantled the cartridge to realise the 'caked/cluttered powder' was in fact a sponge material. The internal 'spongy' toner feeder roller was damaged and little pieces of the material was coming out of the cartridge.

After further inspection inside the printer (all cartridges and drum removed), I found two little pieces of the same material stuck between the kevlar roll and the metallic housing underneath it. (going up, from bottom to top, you have the pile of paper in the feeder -> horizontal metallic plate -> kevlar roll -> toner carousel.)
I used a strip of heavy paper (200g) to gently remove the two sponges, set two clean jobs and the problem was solved.
The kevlar roll is also accessible from the printer's back door, some material may also be stuck in this location.
