Hello mak2tis: My name is Roger and I will help you. You will find the flasher located in the left side of the dash. Remove or lower the hush panel. Look up above the left side of the dash area. You should see a relay panel. The flasher should be bottom row farthest away from the steering column. I attached a picture to help in locating the flasher. Hello bigjohntucke: My name is Roger and I will help you. The part that the fan blade rides on is just a idler unit. The water pump has a smaller unit that sits to the left of the bigger pulley that the water pump mounts to. I happen to have one of these motors out at the moment and the parts are easy to see. I just fixed the capacitors on my WS-65713. I can email you instructions with pictures if you wish. You will need to de-solder and solder on new capacitors but if you check out video instructions on utube you should be okay with some practice.
i have no idea but mine is the same i cant watch it like thiis
