Well I used to have this problem. To fix it, I would take the TV/Video IN plug out of the back of the console. Then I would put it back in, and I would have sound and video. I've also been able to just wiggle it while it is still in the console, and that would sometimes work too.

How do I get a signal from my Jack OA8200 digital tv antenna.

The signal meter should show you available TV transmitters. If you have received a signal at this location before and you definitely are sure it is powered up the antenna is defective. Check for anything that appears loose or broken. If the meter indicates a signal check the cable that goes to the TV.

VIP622 DVR is working one tv in the living room but not in the bedroom?

Debra Beuthling-Gentry,

I would be happy to provide more information on this, though I just need a bit more information. It sounds like the receiver is in dual mode since both lights are on. What exactly is happening on the second TV? Is it a blank screen with no picture, or is there a message that pops up? If it's a blank screen with no picture, try putting the TV itself on Ch. 60 or 73 and see if anything changes.

While connected to dish network the pip top right is blank with the guide on progams avl show until selected then the screen goes blank.

When this happens, all that you want to do is unplug the receiver box from the power source for 10 seconds. After plugging it back in, allow it to download the signal and the program guide. Hope that helps!
