89 Chevy Beretta Fuel Lines

Ok i have a 89 chevy beretta and it wants to start but isnt getting fuel. I know 2 reasons it isnt getting fuel, either the gastank needs replaced/patched, or it need new fuel lines. I need to know how to replace the fuel lines. Im trying to do all the work myself to save on cash.

How do you know it needs fuel lines, are they leaking? is fuel pump good?did you do fuel pressure test? did you chk. to see if filter is pluged? just because the tank leaks won't keep it from running and that can be fix with a little apoxey and a some elbo grease.

if it not firing change the coils if thats not it then you may want to check the fuse but if not firing i would check the coil because where they are located on the engine under the mainfold it gets real hot there

Buy a code reader or borrow one if you have a friend that has one. Sounds like ICM (Igniton Control) Or if it isnt fire then try fuel filters. Could even be water in the fuel. hard call without inspecting it

Check for spark.If none replace coil then replace spark plugs because continuous startlng w/ no spark loads the plugs with fuel,fouling them.
