Videocon tv remote only volume/mute buttons working no other buttons work. Keypad on side of tv is child locked. We don't have a manual. Where can I get amanual or reset keypad lock? Thanks.

You can find all the setting and function controls listed in the manual. To reset the television to factory settings, you must unplug it from the a/c power source for about thirty minutes. This will reset the television to the factory settings. You can do the same thing with the remote control. Just remove the batteries and press the input button continuously for about 1 minute. This will drain all the power out of the microprocessor and reset the remote control to the factory settings. You can then use the owners manuals to reset the television and remote functions.On turning on the television the interactive plug in menu will appear. From here you can set the language you want to use for the television. All of this is explained in the owners manual.You will need a pdf reader and writer to read the owners manual and the writer to make a copy for your own use. The Child Lock feature prevents unauthorized viewing of the
television. To activate, press and hold the Function key, and then
press MUTE. you should see a key symbol appear on the screen.
This will lock out all remote functions (except for Standby). To unlock
the TV, press and hold the Function key and press MUTE. This will
unlock the TV. Please note that the only way to activate or deactivate
the Child lock feature is via remote control - please insure that it is
stored securely.
