Some people consider red wine to be an acquired taste- I think that everyone can learn to love the qualities of red wine varieties. If you are not a red wine drinker, but want to be, I suggest the following: I recommend beginning with a wine light in tannins- such as a white zinfandel. Once you can tolerate and maybe even appreciate this wine then you can move onto other light, even sweeter reds such as a Merlot or Chianti.

What are some good Christmas themed cocktails I can make for our dinner party this year?

There are so many great Christmas cocktails to choose from, I guess what it will come down to is personal taste. Here are a few worth looking into:

Eggnog - a Christmas favorite, with or without alcohol

Mulled wine - red wine made with some sugar and plenty of your favorite spices (check the site below for a great recipe)

Candy cane martini - for dessert; using berry vodka, peppermint schnapps, white creme de cacao - and if you would like to add grenadine and some half 'n' half then you can take it up a notch

What is the right way to taste wine?

To properly taste wine, you actually don't drink it. You swirl the wine around your mouth to absorb the flavor and then you spit it out into a provided spittoon. It is important to use a different glass for each type/style of wine you taste.

What is the appropriate serving temperature of wines?

There are four different types of wine with different temperatures. Deep red wines should be served in 15-19 Celsius. Light red wine should be served in 13 Celsius. Sparkling wines and Champaign should be served in 6-8 Celsius. Dry white wines like rose and blush should be served in 8-14 Celsius.

Why should I buy a thermoelectric wine cooler as opposed to a compressor model?

There are many reasons to purchase a thermoelectric cooler including, but not limited to, being quiet and eco-friendly. Personally, I prefer thermoelectric coolers because they don't vibrate. The vibration of a compressor cooling system can cause the sediments in the wine to be disturbed and affect the flavor/taste of the wine.

How do I protect my Samsung Admire Android from malicious unattorized use and hijacking ?

I' preaches religious use of antivirus/antimalware software for my clients & obviously me as well. I do run all this stuff and I'm NOT infected, at least according to Avast, Malwarebytes, Spybot etc. I don't have ANY pop-ups or anything to suggest that my system has been compromised.
Regardless - all of the points I made earlier regarding IPs use and blocking IPs as well as States shown as well as illegal IP use are all something that should prevent unwanted intrusions.
If you're (you meaning Google) about security (and I most certainly hope that you are) - perhaps you'd like to work with me to get this improved for all Gmail users. I don't really want to play guinea pig, but I'd be happy to share my access info and see if we can do something to prevent unauthorized use of Gmail & other Google Apps.
With all due respect 5 people in this thread aren't a threshold, I understand that, but a) you're discounting the fact that there are tons of users out there who don't know how to spell 'forum', much less post to it and b) have no clue they have a problem and c) don't care to take the time and report it. If it was just me - I can kind of buy your argument. If it was 2 people, even perhaps then, but 5 is too big a number for my taste, considering the a, b & c...
