Hello, On the C743 this will require that the LCD unit be replaced. This will get very costly real quick unless you can do it yourself. Not much more I can tell you.

I cant take photos anymore and the LCD screen says CARD'S WRITE PROTECT SWITCH IS SET TO LOCK.How can i solve this problem?

You didn't specify the make and model of your camera, so I'm going to assume it uses SD and/or SDHC cards.
SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
If this doesn't do it, try another card.

When i try to take a picture on my camera, it wont let me, it says CARD LOCKED across the screen

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

When i try to take pictures my camera says card locked.

It's the memory card or SD card you have in the camera. (it sounds like)
Try taking the SD card out and if you look at it closely there is a little switch/ thing you can slide. Slide it to the other side, put it back in your camera and try again. Hope that helps

When you try to take pictures it says card locked

on most memory cards, there's a switch that prevents writing to the card. It's on the left edge. Make sure it's "up" (toward the connectors) and not down.

if that doesn't help, try a different memory card. If it still happens, then we know the problem exists with the camera and not the card.

LCD wont show the View and No picture

CCD failure most likely. Format the card then try again or a new card. Kodak customer support for more info
