We have a Wurlitzer rave on juke box that will not play the audio on a video CD. will pick up, place and spin, but no audio. Plays ordinary audio cd's ok, just not those with a video.

Is this Wurlitzer designed with a screen to play videos? Has it played video CD audio in the past?
There are a lot of different audio/video file types and some CD setups will only play 'audio' file types, (MP3, AAC, M4A). If the file format is commonly used as video the electronics in the player won't recognise the format and won't play it.

What type of file is this video?

First off, you haven't given us the name of the file and its extension. That is necessary to even venture a guess at the type of file it is. That said, files are often mislabeled as to their correct extension
(ie: many .avi files are labeled .mpg). What matters most is what application and device you are using to play the video. If you are plugging a flash stick into a smart TV and expecting to play the video, you are more likely than not going to be disappointed. The few that do play video from remote sources usually only accept one or two specific types. You are better off with trying to play it on a regular PC. Even there, some media players fall far short of the mark in what they can accomplish. If you want a player that can play almost anything, Google VLC media player. It is free, but be careful during the install, since there are some "extras" it tries to sneak in that you don't need. Just decline, or skip, or de-select those annoying add-ons. If the file is so esoteric that the basic VLC media player won't play it, you can add additional codecs (decoders) with the free K-Lite Codec pack. Just Google that as well. Download the "full" version; only developers need the MEGA one. Install that, using default selections, and try again. If it still won't play, chances are it's a corrupt file.

Down loaded flip video to disc. Disc will not play on TV but will play on computer

Hello. There are a few factors as to what would allow or disallow the disc to play. The main reason is going to be the file type the video was saved as. Your computer will have an easy time playing because it can recognize the file type. As for DVD players or TV's with built in DVD players the device will have be able to recognize the file type and know how to play it. For example some DVD players may play a DivX movie but not an AVI. So your player probably doesn't recognize the file type you are wanting it to play. One other possibility is the disc wasn't finalized when burned.

Windows media player does not support all type of files to play. You can try to play those video in VLC player or follow the link & download the software then start set up. restart your system and play the video in Windows Media player.

    http://ftp.freenet.de/pub/filepilot/windows/multim.../klcodec375f.exe
This is working like an engine. After install the software your Media player updated with some other time files. For exam: mp4,mpeg4,avi,mov etc type file can play via media player.

    Psp video playback

Hi. The PSP only plays a limited number of video formats; I think off hand MP4 is one. It will not play AVI formatted files, the most common type on PC for downloading.Check the file type of the movie you are trying to watch, by right-clicking on the file on your PC then selecting 'properties'. It should say there. Also holding the cursor over the file for a few seconds should show you the file info. I am unsure how to convert between video formats, you might be able to download something online that will do that for you.

I have downloaded the Youtube grabber file to My Documents and that was successful. But now that I am trying to play the clips on windows media player, it will not play. Says something about wrong file...

No usually media player will not play this type of file it will be a FLV type file format.
You can download some stand alone player to play the fiiles like this.

OR you can also download and install this package, this will allow Media PLayer to play the UTube files as well.
    Both works well.
I hope this will help your out.
