Repair motor arm or make my own

I run mine in an unoccupied room with an old hardcover book and a quart soup can on top. Just a noisy beast but great ice creame when you figure out how to use it. Parts can be found here: http://www.cuisinart.com/parts/ice_cream/ice-50bc.html

Polar Ice maker says low water level when full of water

Replace the motor. During the cycle of the unit if the water flow circuit does not scence flow, the unit faults with a low water indication

Ice maker don't make ice, the three red lights just keep on blink

Hi, The water tray on the machine is probably broken where it connects to the motor. I have the same problem, and am trying to reach Greenway to see if I can get a replacement part. this seems to be a common problem with this ice maker.

My newair A1200ss stopped making ice. i tried recycling the unit and it has ample water, but the ice tray just stays in the down position. thanks.

I have had the same problem with two different portable ice makers, the ice tray inside is broken so you will have to send it to them and get it fixed. Hopefully eventually they will make the tray out of a stronger plastic.

there is a little sensor inside on the top right, it is a little wire if there is anything on it it will not work, i took at small pair of pliers and gently cleaned it

I went to Jarden Consumer Solutions, who owns Rivel, and called the 1-800 number under the Rivel heading and got a replacement dasher for $6.00 + shipping. Took 4 days to show up.

Try Greenwayhp.com look under replacement parts page 3.....The gim15 tray is the same........
