Kenwood KDC-W3037 when turn volume up to 20 its switching off and turn back on and again turn off... whats can be a problem? it is connected in ford puma car. wires is connected with butt connectors ( there is not original connectors, wires was chopped off and connected with butt connectors)

you have to activ ate the aux port form the menu, on standby hold the menu button and then use the control knob on the right to change the aux to on1

does it keep cutting in and out?
if so i think you have your polarities crossed
make sure you have negative to negative positive to positive

red, yellow, black/ign constant ground
blue, blue white stripe/rem pwr ant
grays, whites, purples, greens/ front front rear rear
its the same on all headunits except cheap *** wal mart headunits

SOURCE: I was given a Kenwood KDC-1011S. All wires labled

Yellow is for constant 12v. (Power directly from battery) so it maintains preset stations and clock memory. Red is for Key "on" 12v Power (turns on when ignition key is on) Black is for Chasis Ground. What type of vehicle is it going in? I can get you the corresponding vehicle color as well.
