You tell me to use my email address as my password but when I do, it rejects [email protected], telling me it is already used. That's impossible.

I was in a live chat with you.. What happened? A disconnect? Anyways. If you are unable to access your account then you can change your e-mail ID here
https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/cgi-bin/turbotax.cfg/php/enduser/email_change_form.php
  • TurboTax Online User ID
  • Old e-mail address
  • New e-mail address
  • Mailing address
  • Daytime phone number
  • One of the following via fax or digital scan:
    • Driver's License; or
    • Military ID; or
    • Notarized document with your name and address.
You will receive an e-mail verification when the e-mail address associated with your TurboTax Online account has been changed.

open your outlook page tools at the then accounts then mail
highlight your mail account then click servers uncheck the box where it says to log on using password
also remember when the prompt for outlook comes on when it asks for account name that would be your mail address without the @ IT'S JUST THE FIRST PART OF YOUR MAIL ACCOUNT ie if your mail address was [email protected] you would put in account name johndoe
