I need a copy of the instuction manual fo the Vivitar Vivi Cam 35 Digital Camea
SOURCE: Advancing film
You can safely remove the bottom cover to have a look. Once you have the bottom plate off you can move the film advance lever and check the movement on the bottom, there may be debris or a broken part

Try putting a little pressure on the back door right of the finder. If the counter worked, then when film is finished and removed with the back door open you can see a metal lever in the slot that the door fits into. It should be straight vertical if not straighten with a needle or pin to vertical.. No parts are avail. for this model.
SOURCE: What Film Should I use for Vivitar V4000?
try Kodak ISO, ( ASA), 400 ( DIN 27 Degree ) 35 mm film to start. if you like the results, stick with it. remember the faster the film the higher the grain. the slower the film the finer the grain, sharper enlargments with finer grain.
