Can't hear Cute answer but not helpful at all. All callers phone speakers are not clogged simultaneously.
I CAN NOT HEAR OR THEY CAN NOT HEAR ME . THE PHONE RINGS PROPER BUT WHEN ANSWERED NO VOICE EITHER SIDE
Go to the setting on the handset -> advanced-> reset I think the default pin is 0000 It will restart. I had the same problem And find the solution somewhere else

the problem may be with your phone speaker... try using a ear piece and if that works the problem is definitely with your speakers and you need to change it...
After reviewing the manual, it appears the answer machine does not have call screening ability. I have included a link where you can download the manual.
just need a new earpiece speaker or it simply needs to be adjusted into place. If there is no repair shop around you or you do not want to mess with it, then just buy a $20 bluetooth headset to bypass the whole earpiece.
take it to any technician just need to change its speaker and it will not cost much, u can still use ur phone. it is very small problem, just need to change its speaker.
Your ear speaker is bad. You may need to replace it.. This one made by HTC. You can check on Ebay for replacement part. Other issue could be is the hardware part of the ear speaker may be broken or defected will cause loosing contact with the main circuit or you can say it is short. Only solution is open the phone and check for that area to see for any defective.
