Need to manualy reset rain total to 0 on C86234

The lock is set to 0-0-0 at the factory. Make sure the dials are rotated at 0-0-0 or any other code you've set before resetting it. Use a pen or something pointed to press the reset hole adjacent to the dials. Enter your new code by rotating the dials.

Try going to the rain section, push the + BUTTON 5 times, and then on the 5th push, hold the button for 3-5 seconds and the guage will reset to 0.

Replace the glass reed switch on the circuit board as it is bad. You must be very careful to orient the replacement switch so that it closes only when the rocker arm is at the vertical position. This will take some work to get right. Use a volt ohm meter and set the Plus lead at the reed switch lead at the top of the board. The meter should show a closed circuit only when the rocker is at the top. Good luck.

To reset the rainfall Press Set 4 times so the rainfall amount is flashing. Change the rainfall indicator to Total, then hold down the set button for 3 seconds.

Note: To see total count of copies, press and hold % Select key, then press CLEAR/STOP key.
To print total count of copies, press and hold % Select key, then press START key.

im afraid only reprograming manualy by pc

Remove the batteries and unplug the machine for 5 minuts.

re initalize it by turning the key to reg, and plug it in.

It is now set to 0 and you will need to reprogram it.
