Hi,
I had bought Sony cybershot DSC-w35 model digital cam recently. Unfortunately my cam fell down. After that cam's memory is switching between the internal memory and the memory stick automatically and i use get a message "Access" while the memory switches between the internal and the memory stick. I had given the cam for servicing in the sony servicing center. They had changed the memory stick chamber also but still the problem persists. Exact problem is some times, images will be stored in the Internal memory and some times images will be stored in Internal memory.
Hi there,
Your camera may have a tiny crack in the electronic board , try to find it and replace the board.
Iif you'r electronic profesional you may try to jumper teh creck.
To check if this is the problem - try to check if problem apears in cold or hot places(do not put the cam. in the oven!!!)creck in board may connected or disconnected @ temp change.
Good Luck

Yes, you need to have memory stick because camera has limited internal memory that can store few pictures only. Put new memory card, format it through camera Menu and copy internal memory pictures to memory stick, take our memory card from camera and delete internal memory pictures either one by one or format internal memory through camera Menu. Thanks.
dear,i've sony cybershot DSC_W35.I was getting format error c13.01 when i insert sony memory stick.but I've no problem when i was using internal memory.how can you rectify this problem
There is a reset button on many Sony digital cameras. Here is a link to how to do it: http://www.camerahacker.com Follow the instructions. If that does not work, then repairs are needed.
If they mendted it and you still have the problem.
Then they did not do a proper job- did they?
So send it back with full detail of the last repair ans tell them to do it properly at their own expense
