Photocopier Sharp ar201 not working

The problem is with the toner....there is two way solution change toner or more economic way change the chip of your existing toner....the sharp copier tend to burn the toner chip.

New machine has warranty, call sharp

Do you have any status lights on? If not then you may just have a print button that needs repaired. I have seen this a few times on this series. Try pressing down firmly on the print button while wigging the button around in a circular fashion. If you work a it and all of a sudden the machine makes a copy then the solder connectioons for the print switch have worked loose and will need to be re-soldered. Pretty simple repair. You may have someone locally that can do it. The operation panel comes off pretty easy and the circuit board with the switch is right under this panel. It is a small "button" type switch with small solder contacts that break loose. 10 minute job if you know what you are doing. 20 minutes if you dont. Just need someone with a solder iron and a little skill.

F1 means "shifter Motor Trouble". The motor that driver the shifting mechanism at the paper exit side is not functioning. The motor could be bad or there may be something binding the motor up. Take a real close look at the exit unit (where the paper comes out of the machine) and see if there is anything in the way of the shifter. It could also be a bad board issue - sending the wrong signal to the motor... or possibly a bad home position sensor for the shifter.
You could try taking the shifter unit out for a closer inspection - make sure its properly installed.

Could you be more specific? e7-03 is trouble in your laser unit, e7-04 is dirt on your inside white strip which helps your copy lamp find the home position, and e7-05 is trouble with your copy lens.
