How do i get pitcures from the camera to a memory card?

my jazz dv150 don't record pics nor vids. only seems do it, but thera aren't some records. I couldn't down load to my pc. once I let it inside my car with very high temperature. do you think that damaged it? what can I do?

I have a DV179 Jazz video & picture camera and I lent it to my son and he lost the book for it and I don't know anything about it so I was woundering if i could get a instruction book I got this for...

This might not be the exact manual for your camera but it is pretty close, and should have most of the same features.. I have looked high and low for these, cause there are a lot of people needing manuals.

Sorry but it was the closest I could find.

Generic Jazz Camera Manual

Jazz 178 & 188 under their Insignia brand

I really hope this helps you. Also the software that comes on the cd with these cameras is made by Arcsoft. Media Impressions, and Media Converter. I am still looking for a link to the software for folks needing it.

How to charge

Look for the hole that says "DC IN" sometimes it can be covered up by a rubber piece so its not noticeable or even near the battery or under a hard covered slot.

No power

Seems its pretty new still, and covered by the warranty, do you have the receipt? get it replaced at the shop you bought it. Generally atleast 1 year warranty in new products, unless did you buy this used from ebay for example?

Downloading music onto the jazz dv 150 from my computer.

Try not running the Syn software at all. Try copying the files over manually.

After plugging in the USB cable you should get a small popup that says its connected.

Click on "My computer" and under "Devices with removable storage" you should see a new device called DV.

double click on that and you should see 3 folders. DCIM, EBOOK, and MP3

Copy your mp3 files from your computer into the mp3 folder of the camera and it should work.
